Collection, processing and use of personal data - appropriate use
Our offering is intended solely for B2B customers or, in other words, corporations. The entry screen during the registration of a customer account checks whether the requesting party is really ordering on behalf of a corporation. If the requesting party is an end-consumer, the data provided will not be stored and/or will be immediately irretrievably deleted.
Personal data (Name, address, email address, telephone number, etc.), which you communicate to us (when ordering the newsletter, in connection with the processing of an order or a possible reclamation later or when opening a customer account) will be collected, processed and/or used solely for the purpose for which you have made it available to us.
This shall occur within the framework of the current statutory provisions and/or only with your consent as appropriate. Data for purposes of market research, consultation and/or advertising will only be collected, processed and/or used, when you have given us your prior consent thereto.
Your indications of consent, provided electronically, will be individually protocolled and stored. You can request the content of these permissions at any time. In this case, please address our officer responsible for data privacy at: info@fbf-bedandmore.de. In this connection, we would advise that you can revoke your consent at any time in the future electronically (info@fbf-bedandmore.de) or by post (Fränkische Bettwarenfabrik GmbH, Josef-Kühnl-Weg 1-5, D-91413 Neustadt a. d. Aisch, Germany). After receipt of your objection, we will no longer use or process the corresponding data for marketing purposes and will discontinue the mailing of advertising materials forthwith. Data essential for invoicing and accounting purposes and/or subject to statutory retention periods are unaffected by an objection.
We make use of your name, address, email address and telephone number for the execution of your order or for the processing of your request for information. As necessary during the processing of your request, we may transmit your personal data to the correct recipient within the Fränkische Bettwarenfabrik company. Such data will be deleted after expiry of the statutory retention period.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect and process your email address as well as any voluntarily supplied data (for example, salutation, christian name and surname) for our own advertising purposes. You are entitled, of course, to unsubscribe at any time in the future when you no longer wish to receive the newsletter. To this end, click on the "Unsubscribe"-link, which can be found at the end of every newsletter email.
Disclosure of your personal data to third parties, including excerpts will not normally occur unless a statutory provision prescribes this or you have granted your permission thereto.
SInsofar as we make use of service suppliers in the course of execution and implementation of processing operations, the relevant contractual arrangements are made in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). For the delivery of the goods, we make use of shipping agents who receive the name and address of our customer.
