Payment may be effected by pre-payment, Paypal, cash on delivery or by invoice at your choice. In the near future, payment by credit card will also be possible.
Prepayment
You will receive a separate order confirmation and a deposit invoice with the account details within the next 1-3 business days.
We ask you to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 14 days. Depending on the credit institution, it may take between 2-4 business days for us to receive your payment. In order to be able to guarantee a fast allocation of the incoming payments, please indicate the customer number and invoice number of the down payment invoice as intended purpose.
PayPal
Anyone who has a bank account or a credit card can make payment easily via Paypal. In this case, you have the possibility to preload your Paypal account by way of a bank transfer or alternatively, to make use of the convenient payment method per direct debit or credit card. To this end, you will need to register with Paypal. Futher information is available at www.paypal.de. Making a payment is then very simple: as soon as you have a Paypal account, you need only your email-address and the password to make a payment. When you select the Paypal payment method during order placement, you will be automatically transferred to the Paypal website. There you can initiate the payment without your bank account details being made known to us.
Invoice
The total amount on the invoice is due and payable strictly net within thirty (30) days of the date on the invoice. In the case of payment within ten (10) days of the invoice date, FBF grants a 2% discount. As a matter of principle, the date of receipt of payment by FBF shall be decisive. We ask your understanding that, in order to secure the credit risk in the case of a corresponding credit rating, we must reserve the right to require prior payment of your order or to deliver cash on delivery. Please note that this payment method is not available to all our customers (including new customers) due to limitations.
